Many of my clients and readers are
surprised by all of the different conditions which can be indications
of toxicity in the system. In fact, this simple "quiz" is quite an eye
opener for them!
Print out my Toxicity Symptom Checklist below in order to evaluate
your present toxicity level. Put today's date at the top of the first
column, and then score yourself for each of the symptoms listed
according to the following scale:
0 = absent
1 = mild
2 = moderate
3 = severe
Add up your scores for a total
toxicity score with todayıs date.
If you decide to follow the detox plan presented in either THE BODY
SMART SYSTEM or REJUVENATE or you work with me as your detox coach, I
will recommend that you retest yourself at the end of the program and
again three months later. You will notice a marked drop in your
toxicity level on Day 21 and again in 90 days as you continue to
incorporate your new lifestyle practices into your daily routine.
