sleep. Research shows that supplementation with NADH or
Nicotinamide adanine dinucleotide increases L-Dopa sythesis and
improves mental function.* It is an oxidizing or reducing agent in
various metabolic pathways in the body, so it can act as an
antioxidant.* NADH is involved in the Krebs Cycle where enzymatic
reactions break it apart to produce high-energy phosphate
compounds which are the main source of cellular energy for the
body, including energy within muscle cells.* Magnesium is a
mineral that is essential for proper muscle, brain, and nervous
system functions.* It helps to relieve muscle spasms and aches,
and helps utilize Malic Acid. A deficiency of Magnesium can result

Supplementing with Malic Acid tends to increase ATP production, as
it is a nutrient involved in the Krebs Cycle. * Malic Acid is

Each tablet contains: 50 mg Magnesium (as Magnesium Aspartate),
300 mg Dimethylglycine HCl, 200 mg Malic-Acid, 150 mg Gamma-aminobutyric
acid (GABA), 5 mg Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid,
vegetable stearate, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide,
hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet, 3 times
daily between meals.
