I am pleased to offer my professional health coaching service to those of you who aren't able to see me personally in my Sausalito office. I have been coaching people to be the best that they can be since 1980 in my clinic and since 1990 through my books and radio show.

My writings in the field of cleansing, detoxification and rejuvenation are designed to instill new health and beauty habits for you to carry forward, yet I have found through my private practice that it actually takes many months to go through the up and down process of solidifying these new habits and truly integrating them into your personal life.

Emotional and spiritual issues often surface during the physical detox process. It is very important to address these issues, as release at these levels are completely congruent with the deep release of cellular toxicity. I have been trained as a health intuitive and have been coaching my private clients through this process for many years and am now personally available to coach you by phone. Together, you and I will create an individualized program to suit your health history and goals. In weekly sessions, we will individualize my REJUVENATE program for you, using the activities and recipes in both of my books as your guide. I am a very intuitive listener and will help you set more rewarding and realistic goals than you may set for yourself.

I will help you both strategize and take action and will ask more of you than you might ask of yourself. I will help keep you focused and move through obstacles and procrastination.

My coaching service is available with either a monthly ($500) or three month commitment ($1250).  Sessions are weekly, lasting for approximately 60 minutes. I am also available in between sessions if you run into resistance or a question that cannot wait. After the initial program, most clients choose to continue the process until they feel complete.
